Pay: $30 per hour (negotiable for the right candidate)
Hours: Approximately 15–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours
Preferred working hours: School hours (9:00 am – 3.00 pm).

About the Role
You will be responsible for a variety of administrative duties that help keep our business running smoothly, including:
General office administration and filing
Answering phones and responding to customer enquiries
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
Processing invoices and basic accounts administration
Coordinating day-to-day office activities
Providing administrative support to the business owner
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous administration or office experience
Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Have robust communication and customer service skills
Be confident using Microsoft Office and general computer systems
Be able to work independently and manage your time effectively
Be reliable, proactive and willing to assist with a variety of tasks
