Silky Oaks Lodge is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team, set within the World Heritage-listed Daintree Rainforest. As a Room Attendant at
Silky Oaks Lodge, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a beautifully presented and immaculately maintained retreat throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities include:
Servicing guest rooms, suites and public areas to the highest standard
Making beds, replenishing amenities and restocking linen and supplies
Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or damage promptly
Following housekeeping procedures and checklists accurately and efficiently
Handling guest belongings with care and discretion
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of back-of-house areas
Adhering to health, safety and hygiene standards at all times
About You
You are a hardworking and conscientious hospitality professional who takes pride in creating a spotless and welcoming setting for every guest.
You will ideally have:
Previous experience in a housekeeping or room attendant role
Experience in a luxury, boutique or 5-star accommodation workplace preferred
Robust attention to detail and a high standard of presentation
A reliable and positive attitude with the ability to work independently
The ability to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
Current Australian working rights
