Job Responsibilities:
Knowledge of the Sailpoint IIQ platform.
Manage user identities, authentication, authorization, roles, and access privileges.
Operations and infrastructure support to the tech/delivery teams.
Perform regular system maintenance tasks, such as monitoring system logs, performance tuning.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure layer.
Collaborate with security teams to enforce best practices, maintain platform security, and address vulnerabilities.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation of all processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Familiarity with related technologies such as SSO, LDAP, Active Directory, and other IAM technologies.
