Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily on-site trade sequencing, material deliveries, and site logistics.
Supervise subcontractors across structural concrete, framing, and high-end finishes.
Drive the construction schedule to maintain strict project delivery timelines.
Oversee site-wide safety protocols, performing daily inductions and toolbox talks.
Maintain rigorous quality control and defect-management systems prior to handovers.

What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a Site Supervisor on multi-storey apartment or residential projects.
Robust trade or technical background with thorough knowledge of concrete structures and finishes.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage sub-contractor relationships.
Solid understanding of local WA building codes,



compliance standards, and WHS laws.
Relevant building trade qualification or Construction Management certificate.
