Part-Time IT Support Technicians (2 Positions Available)

We are seeking two motivated and experienced Part time IT Support Technicians to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals who enjoy providing hands-on technical support in a energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote IT support to users.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues.
Maintain and support Windows-based systems and IT infrastructure.
Assist with system upgrades, backups, and ongoing maintenance.
Deliver excellent customer service and technical support.
Reporting directly to the owner/Director

Essential Requirements
Previous experience in an IT support role.
Strong networking knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and desktop support.




Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Desirable Skills
Experience working within the medical or healthcare industry.
Experience using Best Practice Medical Software.
Knowledge of medical practice IT environments and clinical software integrations.
