Key Responsibilities:
Lead M&A; transactions and business sales from inception to completion
Advise on deal structure, risk, and negotiation strategy
Manage complex banking & finance matters, including multi‑jurisdictional transactions
Draft bespoke agreements and provide strategic corporate advice
Mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth
Build robust client relationships and support business development initiatives





Skills & Experience:
Senior Associate or Special Counsel level experience
6+ years’ post‑admission experience in corporate/commercial law and/or banking & finance
Proven ability to manage complex matters independently
Strong drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills
Commercial mindset and leadership qualities
