Base pay range

AU$70,000.00/yr - AU$80,000.00/yr

About the role

As Administration Officer, you’ll support the smooth running of a busy office while developing your governance skill set in the financial services sector. You’ll coordinate meetings, manage calendars and documents, provide reception relief, and assist with governance tasks like preparing board papers, maintaining compliance registers, and updating internal policies.

About you





You bring 2+ years of administrative experience, excellent communication, and sharp attention to detail. You’re discreet, dependable, and calm under pressure during busy board periods.

Experience in financial or professional services, legal, or another regulated environment is ideal but attitude, accuracy and willingness to learn are key.
