About the role

We are looking for a Senior Customer Service Officer to manage our major retail accounts by ensuring accurate order logistics, prompt problem-solving, and efficient demand forecasting. If you are a customer-focused professional who can solve challenges quickly, then this is the right role for you. This role is full time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm

Key Responsibilities:
Process orders and resolve delivery issues for major national retailers.
Manage escalated customer complaints.
Determine monthly specials by considering seasonality, stock and new products.
Review sales trends to forecast product demand and design monthly promotions.
Coordinate with internal teams to set up new customer accounts and product launches.




Assist in the onboarding of current customers.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service role.
Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset
Effective communication skills both over the phone and in person.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage more complex enquiries
