We have partnered with a well-established and growing organisation within the building products and trade supply sector to recruit an experienced Branch Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a branch operation, manage a team, and play a key role in delivering operational and customer-focused outcomes.

Permanent full-time position.
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:00pm.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of branch performance, including P&L;, budgets, sales targets, and operational KPIs.
Lead, coach, and develop the team to achieve business objectives.
Ensure a robust health and safety culture and compliance with company standards.
Oversee daily branch and logistics warehouse operations, including stock, inventory, and dispatch.




Maintain strong customer and supplier relationships while driving service excellence.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes, and overall branch performance.

About You
Proven experience managing a branch, warehouse, or distribution operation.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
Commercially focused with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and performance outcomes.
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Experience within building products, trade supply, manufacturing, or logistics preferred.
Solid commitment to health and safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
