We are seeking an experienced Barista and All Rounder to join our team in Horsley Park. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is passionate about the food and beverage industry and enjoys working with people.

You will play a key role in our energetic team of food and beverage enthusiasts who are driven to provide excellent customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to be part of a fun atmosphere where both customers and employees have a outstanding experience that’s welcoming and engaging.

Barista responsibilities and duties:
Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
Good communication skills
Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
Promote Piccolo Me Loyalty program
Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment
Follow health and safety guidelines
Adhere to recipe and presentation standards for food and beverage items -- coffees with latte art
Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
Contribute to a positive team setting




Barista qualifications and skills
POS and cash handling
Food handling and serving
Must be available Monday and Tuesdays from 6am

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Right attitude – high energy levels, hardworking, reliable, honest, passionate, always welcoming and smiling to customers
Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team
Well presented, communication skills and time management skills
Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferred
Immaculate personal presentation
Can speak English fluently and must be in Australia for at least 12 months
Experienced and comfortable working busy shifts

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $33.00 per hour
