Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of food quality, preparation, and presentation.
Prepare ingredients, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
Cook food according to recipes and quality standards, with a focus on attention to detail.
Manage food stocks and supplies, ordering as necessary.
Collaborate positively with FOH (Front of House) colleagues to ensure an unforgettable dining experience for customers.
Regulate cooking equipment temperatures, including ovens and grills.
Ensure food storage in temperature-controlled facilities.
Maintain excellent organizational skills, keeping your station clean and effective throughout each shift.
Requirements:
Valid working rights in Australia.
A passion for the food industry.
Previous experience is preferred but not essential.
Enthusiasm for growth opportunities in the culinary field.
Self-motivated and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
Resourceful and solution-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.

Must be able to reliably commute to, or plan to relocate to, Chermside before starting work.
