The Role

As Head of Sales, you will lead the national sales strategy and manage a close‑knit team of experienced sales professionals across key markets. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the national sales strategy.

The Candidate
10+ years' experience in sales or commercial roles, within design‑led manufacturing, consumer goods, or home solution products.
5+ years' leadership experience – ability to lead and inspire a team in a growth‑stage setting.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Commercially astute, proactive, and results‑driven.
