What You’ll Bring
The Pedigree: Minimum 2 years of experience in a Hatted (or equivalent fine-dining) environment.
The Knowledge: A solid foundation in food and beverage. You should be comfortable discussing menu provenance, wine pairings, and spirits.
The Drive: High energy and genuine initiative. You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see the task and own it.
The Vibe: An infectious, engaging personality. You understand that "service" is a technical skill, but "hospitality" is a feeling.
