Programmed are currently seeking an experienced Roller Operator to join our civil construction crew working on major projects.
About The Role
As a Roller Operator, you will be responsible for operating compaction equipment safely and efficiently while supporting earthworks, road construction, pavement works and associated civil activities.
Key Responsibilities
Operate padfoot and smooth drum rollers in accordance with site requirementsConduct pre-start inspections and daily maintenance checksEnsure compaction targets and quality standards are achievedWork closely with Supervisors, Plant Operators, and Ground CrewAdhere to all workplace health, safety, and environmental proceduresAssist with general civil labouring duties when required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience operating rollers on civil construction and road projectsCurrent Roller Ticket / Statement of AttainmentWhite CardExperience working on road, pavement,
earthworks or infrastructure projectsStrong commitment to safety and quality workmanshipAbility to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable
HR or MR Driver's LicenceAdditional plant tickets (Loader, Excavator, Moxy, Grader, etc.)Traffic Control tickets
