Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, spoken and written, to assist Mandarin-speaking clients
Must have experience in 407, 482, 494, 186 visa subclass
Must have experience in family visa and skilled migration 491, 189 and 190
Familiarity with case management tools such as Migration Manager, ImmiAccount, or similar software
Assist Migration Agents in collecting documents, drafting application for skill assessment and visa applications
Have knowledge in doing all different types of Skill Assessments requirements and documentation
Have done different types of visa such as skilled migration, employer sponsor, family visa, training visa, etc
Follow-up with client enquiries, phone,



and emails in timely manner
We expect you to work predominantly from our Melbourne CBD office where clients often visit
Solid attention to detail with excellent time management and organisational skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple applications and meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients
Ability to interpret and explain complex immigration processes to clients in a straightforward, transparent manner
