About the role

You will be the person who keeps deliveries moving, solves small headaches before they turn into big ones, and talks to the customers who rely on these projects going right. It suits recent graduates with one to two years of relevant experience who enjoy a mix of customer conversations, coordination, admin, and problem solving.

Key responsibilities




Making outbound calls to customers with updates, confirmations, and quick check ins
Keeping track of orders and timelines, spotting delays before they snowball
Coordinating with internal teams to make sure deliveries happen smoothly
Updating records in SAP and Microsoft applications
Following up proactively and closing out loose ends
Suggesting small improvements when you see a smarter way to do something

What we are looking for
Clear, confident communicator who feels natural on the phone
Curious mind that wants to understand how things fit together
Robust attention to detail
Experience with SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft Office
Calm, organised, and reliable
Comfortable working in the Hoxton Park office, 7.00 to 3.30
