Mould Busters is a Cheltenham-based mould remediation company specialising in residential and commercial mould removal, remediation and restoration work. We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable and physically capable restoration technician or skilled labourer to join our growing team, working on mould removal, remediation, mould cleaning and subfloor treatment projects across Melbourne.
About the Role:
Carry out mould removal, mould cleaning and remediation work
Complete subfloor mould treatments and cleaning
Assist with restoration and property remediation projects
Operate cleaning equipment, dehumidifiers and negative air machines
Prepare work areas and follow safety protocols
Work both independently and as part of a small, tight-knit team
Casual position on an ABN basis, with hourly rates ranging from $35–$50/hr depending on experience and skill level
Chance to transition into part-time or full-time employment for the right person
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in restoration,
remediation, mould removal, water damage, construction cleaning or related trades
Physically fit and comfortable working in subfloors and confined spaces
Robust attention to detail and work ethic
White Card required, or willing to obtain
Driver’s licence and reliable transport
Must be punctual, clean and take pride in quality work
