Seeking a compassionate and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to provide consistent, high-quality support for a NDIS participant located in Mount Martha, Victoria.

This role is suited to someone who has a solid understanding of trauma-informed care, mental health support, and the importance of building trust and consistency in a participant relationship.

Shift Details

Location: Mount Martha, VIC
Employment Type: Casual with potential for ongoing hours
Days: 5 days per week
Hours: Morning and evening shifts available

About the Role

You will be supporting a female participant with her daily living needs, including:
Post-surgery personal care and assistance with daily routines.
Supporting personal hygiene and wellbeing.
Providing social support and companionship.
Encouraging independence and confidence.
Building a secure, consistent, and trusting relationship.
Providing emotional support using a trauma-informed approach.

Essential Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or equivalent (or relevant experience).




Female Support Worker (participant preference).
Experience providing personal care.
Understanding of mental health and trauma-informed support is highly regarded.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
Current Australian Driver Licence.
Reliable and insured vehicle.
