About the role:
You’ll be hands-on from day one, working directly with clients and Partners on a broad mix of corporate matters. You’ll be involved in:
Public M&A; (takeovers and schemes of arrangement).
Equity capital markets (IPOs and other capital raisings).
Private M&A.;
ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance.
Corporate governance and advisory matters.
The ideal candidate:
2+ years’ experience in a well-regarded corporate practice, with exposure to public M&A; and/or equity capital markets
Strong drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence building and maintaining client relationships.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines and transaction timelines.
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
