Position Responsibilities
Provide outstanding in office servicing and repair of high-end coffee machines from homes to commercial settings.
Conduct preventive maintenance , troubleshooting, calibration, and installation of advanced espresso and grinder systems.




Deliver customer-focused service , acting as both technician and brand ambassador, problem-solver, advisor, and coffee connoisseur.
Record service diagnostics and parts usage with precision and efficiency.

Who We're After
Experience-driven : Skilled in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, ideally with espresso/grinder equipment.
Autonomous and motivated : Self-starter comfortable managing multiple sites across northern and southern Perth.
