What the day will look like
Manage a portfolio of SME clients across a wide variety of clients
Servicing, sales and client administration responsibilities for your portfolio
Build robust relationships with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders




Proactively engage with clients around their risks and insurance policies
Respond to day-to-day queries from clients including management of claims
Process renewals, endorsements, Certificates of Currencies, invoicing

Skills and experience that will lead to success:
Experience in a similar role or within the insurance/financial services industry (highly regarded)
Outstanding communication
Comfortable growing an existing client portfolio
Attention to detail
Thrives in a learning & growth environment
Tier 1 Qualification (Insurance Broking)
Basic insurance technical skills (highly regarded)
