How you’ll make an impact
As Transactions Manager you will deliver and oversee complex transaction administration for customers and advisers on the North platform, including:
Manage and motivate a team of transaction specialists to process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, requests and email enquiries.
Lead a diverse group of staff to meet business strategies, drive performance, and a customer‑first culture.
Develop and continuously improve case management standards and quality assurance.
Build partnerships with stakeholders to champion best‑practice onboarding.
Ensure compliance obligations are met and delegations are adhered to.
Assess regulatory changes and implement adjustments for North clients and advisers.
Lead the preparation of regulatory reports and support auditors in reviewing transaction data.
Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen the North operations.
What you will bring to the team
2+ years managing people in a quick‑paced, high‑volume, client‑service workplace or financial services industry.
Technical expertise within your operational domain.
Experience delivering change initiatives effectively.
Broad understanding of wealth management and financial planning processes.
Knowledge of the regulatory and compliance regime for financial services.
Robust coaching, motivation, influence and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to drive results through effective leadership, coaching and decision‑making.
Demonstrated performance‑excellence culture and capacity to deliver on metrics and targets.
