Role Description

This is a full time role based in Sydney, NSW, for an Architectural/Services Design Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end design processes, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless integration of architectural/structural and service design in projects. The ideal candidate will oversee design concepts, review project requirements, coordinate consultant meetings and collaborate with teams to ensure quality standards are met, while maintaining timelines and budgets. A solid Class 2 Residential base knowledge is essential,



coupled with a sound knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and the BCA.

Qualifications
Robust analytical skills to assess design feasibility and project requirements.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
Experience in customer service and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Basic understanding of finance principles in the context of project budgets and cost management.
Proven experience in architectural and services design management.
Proficiency in design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit is essential
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Your ability to problem solve and coordinate all facets of the design process, resolve issues and deliver a streamlined & efficient design are at the core of this role.
Knowledge of the RAB Act, Design & Building Practitioners Act and use of the NSW Planning Portal
