Cyber Security Experience
Facilitate Requirements Gathering and Traceability: Engage stakeholders across Cyber, IT, and business units to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements for uplift initiatives—ensuring traceability from business need to technical implementation.
Support NSW CSP Control Mapping and Compliance Alignment:



Translate Essential Eight and ISO 27001 control requirements into actionable business and technical artefacts—supporting solution design, implementation, and audit readiness across DLP, SOC, and Defender deployments.
Develop and Maintain Uplift Artefacts: Create and refine business process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios for cyber uplift projects—ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery confidence across Secure Email Gateway, Data Classification and Labelling, Defender for mobile and endpoint protection streams.
Enable Metrics-Driven Uplift Tracking: Collaborate with cyber leads to define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting formats that track uplift progress, control effectiveness, and operational maturity—supporting governance forums and executive updates.
Bridge Communication Between Technical and Non-Technical Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between cyber engineering teams, project managers, and business stakeholders—ensuring shared understanding, timely issue resolution, and alignment to strategic uplift goals.
