Our client is a leading construction contractor, offering services in the civil, commercial and railway industries.
Thomastown Office
Monday-Friday 8am-4pm
Twice weekly site visits throughout Melbourne

Scope: In this role you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, including safety documentation, resource scheduling, contractor instructions, site supervision, performance tracking, stakeholder communication, and internal administration.
Ensuring the secure and productive delivery of projects to promote industry safety and technical standards, and client expectations
Preparing and developing documentation including project briefs, schedules and management plans
Supervise project activities including the management of project contractors
Conduct internal reporting, and identify and manage potential risks
Communicate effectively with stakeholders and internal staff





Requirements:
Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a similar field (desirable).
Demonstrated experience across wide-ranging situations and has in depth knowledge of Rail Standards, requirements and processes (desirable).
Strong written and verbal communication skills including report writing, proposals and recommendations.
Ability to deliver and develop clear and concise presentations to internal and external audiences as required.
Ability to identify complex problems and effectively problem solve.
