Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and inspire a large, diverse team to consistently deliver outstanding service and exceed performance targets.
Implement strategic initiatives that drive customer engagement, increase conversion, and optimise store performance.




Use data and KPI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring efficiency and profitability at every level.
Partner with senior leaders to align store operations with business objectives while maintaining seamless daily execution.
Build a high-performance culture by recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent with explicit career pathways.
Safeguard a premium in-store experience, ensuring standards, safety, and operational compliance are always met.

Base pay range: A$80,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr
