We need a sharp, proactive Order Fulfilment Coordinator to hit the ground running. You’ll be the go-to contact for our retail customers, managing orders end-to-end and keeping everything running smoothly. If you thrive in rapid-paced environments, solve problems on the fly, and communicate clearly, this is your role.
Your Role:
Process and manage customer orders from start to finish
Coordinate warehouse and logistics for timely delivery
Track inventory and prevent shortfalls
Troubleshoot and escape issues quickly
Build solid relationships with retail customers and internal teams
Experience:
2+ years in a customer service or logistics-focused role
Robust Microsoft Office and CRM experience (Zendesk a plus)
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Start immediately and make an impact from day one.
