We are seeking a Senior or Lead Civil Engineer to lead technical project delivery and mentor one other person.

You'll likely take home between $100k and $150k p/a plus Super, depending on your experience.

This role suits someone who enjoys being close to the work – contributing technically, guiding outcomes and working closely with architects, planners and other stakeholders in an office-based setting.

The role

You will lead and deliver civil engineering design across a range of built environment projects, from early concept through to construction documentation and delivery.

Depending on your level, you will also mentor junior engineers,



support with fee proposals, mitigate any tricky client issues.

Projects typically include:
Urban and infill developments
Mixed-use and commercial projects
Civil works aligned with built setting outcomes

You will bring:
Proven experience in civil engineering within the built environment, in Melbourne
Strong civil design and documentation capability (Civil3D)
Confidence coordinating with multidisciplinary consultant teams
Client-facing experience and explicit communication skills
A collaborative mindset and interest in guiding others

Chartered status, or progression toward it, will be well regarded.
