We have an exciting chance for an Accounts Officer to join the New Women and Babies Hospital Team in Perth. In this role you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including high volume processing, deadlines and reconciliations. This is a maternity leave cover opportunity for a 12‑month fixed term.
Responsibilities
Accounts payable reconciliation
Payment selection and EFT preparation
Liaising with project staff regarding invoice approvals
Liaising with suppliers regarding queries
Distributing invoices for approval
Qualifications
Prior experience in an Accounts Payable role using a large ERP system (SAP essential).
Ability to build rapport with internal staff and external suppliers.
Advanced MS Office suite skill; proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive attitude, exceptional attention to detail and organisational skill.
