Capstone Recruitment is supporting a leading ASX-listed Property Group in recruiting a Property Analyst to deliver performance analysis for a premium Office assets portfolio. You will work closely with Fund and Asset Management teams to influence asset performance and strategic decision making.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a property/economics discipline and at least 3 years in a property analytics function. Robust Excel skills and experience with YARDI/Forbury are essential.
