Overview

Are you an experienced administration or case management qualified with a background in working with vulnerable clients and complex stakeholder environments? We are seeking a capable Guardian Liaison Officer to support the Office of the Public Advocate within a dynamic and purpose-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves coordinating case files, preparing reports and documentation, and supporting decision-making processes in accordance with relevant legislation. You will engage with clients, families, medical specialists and service providers to gather information, explain processes, and achieve positive outcomes for individuals.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience working with vulnerable people, families, and service providers in complex or sensitive environments
Robust administrative and case management skills, including report writing and record keeping
Ability to interpret and apply legislation, policies and procedures
Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and conflict resolution capability
High level written and verbal communication skills,

Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
Experience working within a regulatory or public sector environment (desirable)
