The Andersen Partnership are assisting a growing SME to identify a Finance Manager to join the business and play a key role in supporting the next phase of growth.

This is a hands‑on and broad role suited to someone who enjoys working across financial reporting, analysis, and business partnering, while also contributing to projects and process improvements.

Key responsibilities
Ownership of month‑end close and financial reporting
Preparation of management reports and financial analysis
Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Identifying and implementing process improvements
Supporting commercial and strategic projects
Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business

About you
Big 4 trained with 3–5 years PQE in industry
Robust analytical skills and commercial mindset
Comfortable operating in a growing, fast‑paced SME workplace
Proactive, hands‑on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
