Responsibilities
Install UTP, fiber optic, and multi-conductor copper cabling infrastructure
Test and certify permanent links using industry-standard equipment
Complete installation documentation and quality assurance reports
Conduct site surveys, plan tasks, and coordinate with project managers and engineers
Lead and manage a crew of installers in the field

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in low‑voltage / telecommunications
Experience with LAN, inter‑building backbone, security, and audio/video cabling
Proficiency with industry‑recognized certification tools, test equipment, and processes
BICSI credentials are a plus
Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English; perform basic math; and distinguish industry color codes
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Able to lift up to 60 lbs, work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying temperatures
