A well-regarded Brisbane litigation team within a leading second-tier firm (working with seven partners) is seeking a 4th year lawyer up to Senior Associate to join during a period of sustained growth.

You’ll work on a range of complex commercial disputes, with direct partner access and solid client exposure.

Matters span:
Corporations Act / director duties / compliance
Shareholder and contractual disputes
Regulatory and investigations
Defamation and reputation matters
Intellectual property disputes
White-collar / investigations
General commercial litigation across key industries

About you
4–7 years’ PAE in commercial litigation
Experience from a mid or top-tier firm
Robust technical skills and sound judgement
Confident managing matters and client relationships
