Bus Driver (MR/LR) – Help Seniors Get Out and About

Casual | West Pennant Hills | Up to 10 hours per week

We provide care and support for seniors, and we need a protected, reliable driver for community outings. Safely transport residents to appointments and outings with care, patience, and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Safely transport residents to appointments, outings and activities, ensuring comfort and dignity.
Assist passengers with mobility support when boarding and disembarking.
Provide calm supervision and support during trips and outings.
Conduct daily safety checks, keep vehicle logs, and coordinate servicing/repairs.
Support the team as needed to help create a warm, inclusive environment.

Qualifications
Current MR or LR licence and proven experience driving a bus.
A genuine, respectful way of working with older people and those with diverse needs.
Great communication, patience, and a team‑first attitude.
Solid focus on safety and commitment to WHS practices.
Cert III in Aged Care is desirable, not essential.
