Overview

Travel + Leisure Co, a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company, is seeking a Sales Director for our Torquay team. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing and leading a high‑performing sales team, and managing site financial performance.

Responsibilities
Deliver the required sales targets for the site by supporting and motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
Provide appropriate training, education and performance monitoring for the sales team.
Support marketing programs and educate sales staff on marketing strategies.
Adhere to company ethics, morality and professional standards, following industry best practices.
Participate in management duties, training sessions and sales meetings, and provide on‑site support to sales employees.
Show integrity in all aspects of the position, taking responsibility and delivering on the promise.
Ensure effective communication, respect peers and managers, support others within the team and empower each other wherever possible.
Recruit, develop and coach staff and manage site financial performance.
Engage with customers to help them plan holidays.

Qualifications




Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing deals.
Robust leadership ability with experience motivating, coaching and managing performance.
Effective communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external customers.
Experience in staff recruitment, development and site financial management.
Self‑motivated, driven and energized in a quick‑paced environment.
Passion for holidays and travel, and experience in timeshare.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
