Hays is seeking experienced and dedicated Plumbers to join our team for FIFO roles in facilities maintenance across various sites in WA. We are also looking for entry level, new to FIFO plumbers!
Your new role
Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance on facilities on camp sites
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages and fixture malfunctions.
Install, maintain and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure productive operation of facilities
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
What you'll need to succeed
WA Plumbing Tradesperson Licence
WA G Class Unrestricted Gas fitting Ticket (Gas servicing preferred)
Minimum WA C Class Driving Licence
Extensive maintenance & fault-finding experience essential.
Waste Water Treatment Plant experience highly regarded
Valid BHP or FMG inductions are highly regarded but not essential

What you need to do now
The role is to assist with preventative and reactive maintenance on mining camps and non-processing infrastructure on site. Suitable candidates will have experience diagnosing, repairing and installation of commercial, domestic and industrial systems. Waste water treatment plant and reverse osmosis experience will be highly regarded. You must be able to demonstrate a solid work history within the maintenance space in the fly-in-fly-out industry.
You must be available to start on short notice and carry out all necessary pre-employment medical requirements.
