Job Description

As a General Factory Hand at Quatro Design, you will be a vital part of our production team. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of factory tasks, including production mixing, assembly, packing, and quality control, operation of a counterbalance forklift, to ensure smooth and secure production processes. We have both casual and full-time opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with general factory duties such as assembly, packing,



and quality control to meet production standards.
Must be physically fit to complete product batching and mixing procedures
Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with company policies.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment, including the forklift, to ensure operational safety.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals and address any issues.

Requirements
Valid counterbalance forklift licence, desirable but not essential.
Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment.
Solid understanding of health and safety regulations.
Capability to lift and handle heavy items when needed.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing priorities.
