About The Role

We are looking for team members who align with our work ethic and passion for exceeding guest expectations to join the team at Saké Restaurant & Bar Melbourne. Positions are available for Section Waiters and Runners.

Successful applicants will hold a valid VIC Responsible Service of Alcohol card, be well presented, and have previous experience in a premium/fine dining workplace. An eagerness to expand their beverage knowledge focusing on wine and sake would make a role at Saké a fantastic chance.
