About the Role

You'll be an integral part of our clinical team, helping deliver calm, high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment.

Your day-to-day will include:
Assisting our clinicians with general and cosmetic dental procedures
Creating a positive, reassuring experience for every patient
Maintaining exceptional infection control and clinical standards
Working closely with a supportive team that shows up for each other

Who We're Looking For

This role is perfect for someone who:
Has at least 1 year experience in a busy dental practice
Holds (or is currently completing) a Certificate III in Dental Assisting
Is warm, skilled, and truly cares about patient experience,



not just clinical process
Values teamwork, respect, and clear communication
Takes pride in doing things properly even when it's busy
Holds Australian work authorisation at the time of application
