RFQ's Recovery Mentors support people in crisis through the Crisis Support Space in Surfers Paradise, Queensland. You’ll use your lived experience to offer recovery-focused peer support, helping individuals feel heard and empowered during difficult moments.

This casual role requires a Certificate IV in Mental Health (or equivalent) and offers supervision, ongoing learning, and rotating afternoon/evening shifts.
