We are seeking a gaming manager to join the team in an entry level management position. This is a leadership prospect to drive standards, elevate culture and influence overall venue performance.
What You Will Do
Oversee gaming operations including leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service
Drive revenue growth and customer engagement strategies.
Champion operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance within a dynamic, regulated workplace.
Contribute strategically to venue-wide performance outcomes.
What You Bring
Strong gaming or hospitality leadership experience.
High-level customer service philosophy.
Proven ability to drive commercial results.
Experience leading change and improving systems.
Solid understanding of gaming compliance requirements.
Current RSA, RCG and ARCG certifications
