We own and manage farms, factories, and distribution channels, ensuring complete control over the essential aspects of bringing livestock from paddock to plate.

We have positions available for immediate start, within a secure work workplace for Unskilled Meat Workers with no experience in meat processing based in Warrnambool, Victoria.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Packing of meat into boxes or plastic bag
Marshaling of carcasses and cartons into refrigerator, freezers and shipping container, manual lifting required
General tidying up slaughter floors and boning rooms, using shovels and brooms
Assisting with removal of hides, fore & hind hock from carcasses, manual and mechanical
Attaching a shackle chain around the rear leg of a cattle and lifting carcasses forelegs into cleats in the slaughter chain




Removal of animal tail by using a knife
Folding pre‑cut cardboard into a carton and inserting plastic liner

Skills & Experiences
Reliable, physically fit and willing to work as part of a team
Understand the importance of good hygiene, attention to detail and following procedures
Right to work full‑time in Australia (38 hours/week)
Pass a drug & alcohol test and be willing to undergo a pre‑employment medical if required
Have already had a Q Fever vaccination or be willing to participate in the vaccination process
