We are looking for a full time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual with excellent customer service skills to create a welcoming and compassionate environment for our clients and their furry friends.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets with warmth and enthusiasm
Manage phone calls, scheduling, and patient records efficiently
Provide information and support regarding veterinary service




Demonstrate compassion in animal care and humane treatment
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure high-quality service
Keeping reception area and consult rooms clean to a high standard

Requirements:
Prior experience in a veterinary or customer service roll is a plus
Exceptional communication skills
Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
Passion for animal care and compassion for pets and their owners
Able to handle stressful situations
Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
Organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
