We are working with a regarded law firm that is looking to engage a Senior Associate to its Dispute Resolution & Litigation team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent prospect to join a disputes practice working on complex, high-profile matters alongside a collaborative team.

You will advise on a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters for both public and private sector clients, including:
Commercial litigation
Regulatory investigations, commissions and inquiries
Competition and consumer law disputes
Intellectual property disputes
Defamation matters
Other complex and contentious litigation matters

Key Responsibilities
Managing a wide-ranging portfolio of litigation and dispute resolution matters
Advising clients on strategic and commercial legal issues
Drafting pleadings, submissions, advice and other legal documentation
Assisting with mediations, hearings and court proceedings
Working directly with clients, counsel and other key stakeholders




Contributing to business development and client relationship initiatives

About You

You will be a lawyer with 5+ years' PQE and strong experience across dispute resolution and litigation. You will have excellent drafting, research and analytical skills, along with the ability to manage complex matters and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Experience in historic abuse claims or significant personal injury matters will be highly regarded.
