An established and highly regarded WA building and maintenance business is seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead its next stage of growth.

Reporting to the Board, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across the business, driving performance, improving efficiencies and positioning the organisation for long-term success. This is a hands-on executive role where you'll have the chance to make a genuine impact while leading an experienced leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the strategic direction of the business.

Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement and business performance.

Lead and develop a high-performing leadership team.

Identify opportunities for growth and diversification.

Oversee financial performance, budgeting and commercial outcomes.

Foster a culture of accountability, safety and customer excellence.

About You

Previous experience as a CEO, General Manager, Managing Director or Chief Operating Officer.





A strong background within the construction industry or a closely related sector.

Proven commercial acumen, with the ability to drive profitability and operational performance.

Experience leading business transformation, operational improvement and high-performing teams.

A Builder's Licence (highly desirable)

A collaborative, hands-on leadership style with the ability to influence at all levels.
