The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join the high-performing Workplace Relations, Employment & Safety team in Perth. This is an exceptional chance to join a top-tier ranked practice and work closely with a respected Partner.

In this role you will advise on a comprehensive range of workplace issues, including industrial relations, employment law, work health and safety, anti-discrimination,



and diversity. Your mandate will be diverse and challenging, ranging from compliance and regulatory advisory work to strategic industrial guidance and litigation across all relevant Courts and Tribunals. You will also spearhead business development and practice growth.
