Dotdigital is seeking a client onboarding specialist to partner with Qualified Services, Sales and Customer Success. You will guide recent clients through data uploads, asset coordination, segmentation and performance analysis to ensure a seamless handoff from sales to customer success.
You will manage timelines, use Monday.com and Dynamics CRM to document progress, communicate clearly by email, phone and in person, and create practical guides and ongoing support to empower customers.
