About the Role
As a Dry Cleaner Operator, you will be responsible for providing professional garment cleaning and pressing services while maintaining high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate commercial dry-cleaning equipment to clean and press garments.
Inspect garments before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
Sort, fold, and pack cleaned garments for customer collection or delivery.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organised work workplace.
Assess garments and recommend appropriate cleaning methods.
Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working in a dry-cleaning environment (essential).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
The ability to follow procedures and work independently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
A professional and reliable work ethic.
A qualification in Dry Cleaning (preferred but not essential).
