EarthForm Civil is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team.
We are seeking a reliable operator who takes pride in high-quality work, operates safely and efficiently, and understands the importance of getting the job done right the first time. Our work includes civil construction projects with a strong focus on quality, accuracy and zero rework.
The role will include:
Operating a brand recent 14t excavator fitted with tilt hitch and GPS
Working on Tier 1 projects
Trenching, bulk earthworks, detailed excavation and general machine work
Working safely around services, machinery and other site personnel
Delivering accurate, high-quality work with a heavy focus on zero rework
Assisting the team on the ground when required
Following site plans, instructions and safety procedures
What we’re looking for:
Experience operating excavators
Experience using GPS machine control preferred
Current tickets/licences where required
White Card
Strong understanding of site safety
Pride in producing neat, accurate and efficient work
Reliable, punctual and a good team player
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
